| Every batch of our Homemade Fresh Guacamole starts with 100% Avocados. No fillers, stabilizers, emulsifies or chemicals. Using only lemon juice and sodium benzoate (soda and benzoic acid) as preservatives so the taste is pure delight. We add a fresh pico de gallo on top of our 16 and 32 oz containers to maintain freshness. |
| Some commercial "guacamole dips" have up to a 6 month shelf life. To stabilize avocados for that length of time you know that the chemical content must be high. Just read the label! Our has only a 14 day maximum shelf life....you know its the real thing! |
